1/12 Scale Miniature Shabby Chic Fairy Garden Cottage
This is a 1/12 scale miniature cottage, inspired by my favorite miniaturist, Caroline Dupuis, also known as, "Cinderella Moments". It is almost entirely constructed out of paper mache. The front steps are removable for shipping as is the tiny garden. The "wrought iron" on the door is gold and black acrylic paint. The vines are from Michaels. The garden has various mosses. The stones are paper mache, painted to look like stone. The bay window roof is egg carton shaped to look like pinecone. There is a fireplace mantel. The top of the mantel is covered with concrete patch. The flooring is wood popsicle sticks. The loft is the larger craft sticks. Chandelier is constructed out of 1.5 mm wire, bamboo skewer, jewelry findings and chain. The door handle is washi tape and paper mache. This cottage is available in my Etsy shop.
